PMI North Jersey is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide residential property management for single family and multi-family to property owners using the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology.
Our mission is to keep our owners informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing.

PMI North Jersey is a black owned company based out of Teaneck, NJ. Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We service the following counties in New Jersey: Bergen, Morris, Hunterdon, Warren, Union, Sussex, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Somerset, Middlesex, and Monmouth Counties.
Je’Mere Smith is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology with a focus on Advertising, Marketing, and Communications. For over 8 years, Je’Mere has successfully managed high-end residential projects for homeowners, designers, and architects. She is well-versed in managing each project to ensure that all request are managed with the care and attention required. Je’Mere is adept at problem solving, managing, and maintaining her clients expectations with honesty and integrity. She is equipped with articulate communication while dealing with urgent matters and interpersonal skills in building and developing relationships. An active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) she is constantly engaged and involved in her community and local business chapters. Je’Mere is a passionate and dedicated professional who will work with you to ensure your needs are met.
After completing 12 productive and successful years as a Realtor of CENTURY 21 and RE/MAX I formed Public Trust Realty Group in 2006. With more than 40 experienced agents on staff, we have gained a prominence in Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex and Middlesex Counties. Our extensive network includes banks looking to dispose of REO properties and lenders ready to fund. Sellers needing to short sale prior to foreclosure and buyers searching for properties in and around Bergen and Middlesex Counties. I am dedicated to providing my customers with the finest service available and hope you buy or sell real estate. I pride myself on being an expert in bringing home buyers and home sellers together throughout the Bergen County area.
